Setup for the Claude connector and the Word add-in lives on the home page. Click anywhere, paste your key once, and every address and download on the page fills in.

Common questions

Where do I get a key? Email support@gldb.legal and I’ll issue one.

My key stopped working. Keys get rotated occasionally. Email me for a fresh one.

The first check of a case is slow. A case gldb hasn’t seen before is fetched and analyzed on the spot, which can take a minute or two. Repeat lookups are fast.

The Word add-in is asking for my key again. Word keeps the key in its web storage on your device, and clearing Office’s cache wipes it. Paste it again and it sticks.

Can I rely on the answer? Treat it as a research aid. Every treatment cites the opinion it came from; read that opinion before you rely on the characterization. More in the terms.
